Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via our secure payment gateway. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Charges will appear on your statement under our registered trading name.
Once a prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service selected at checkout.
All medication is dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We accept no liability for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly via our website. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and/or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription-only medicines from standard cancellation rights.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
